More Goodbyes and Hello's in June

The changes continued in June.
Two days after Kyle got home, Kloe was promoted from Capri Elementary school.
It's hard to believe that all of our babies are finished with elementary school. I know it's a cliche but it really does seem like it was just yesterday that our oldest was starting school. Don't get me wrong, I am looking forward to only having to deal with two school for the kids here at home, but I will miss the elementary school dress-up days, fun field trips and class parties. I know they have all of those things in middle school and high school, but it's just not the same.
Kloe is our only child to start and finish the same elementary school, so with our move she left behind lots of friends she has known since kindergarten.
Capri is a great school and we will miss all of our friends, teachers and staff there.
It was great to have so much family together to celebrate with her.

Three days after Kloe's promotion, Kim left for Washington. He now works at Providence Hospital, Everett. It was a tough decision to change hospitals, but knew it was the right one for our family. Kim likes the new hospital and I love his hours. We haven't seen him this much since we were living in Germany. As much as we are starting to love it here, we will miss Tri-City and all our great friends there.

One week later, we ended the month of June with a Big Hello to our newest grand baby,

Winnifred Darling King.

We love this new addition to our family. This brings us up to four grandbabies, two boys and two girls. I am really loving the whole granny thing. I get to sleep at night after the first week of helping out and I still get to kiss and cuddle the babies. It's the best! Baysil loves her new baby sister and as long as she still got lots of attention, she was a good big sister. Winnie looks as much like her daddy, as Baysil looks like her mommy. Kassey made the girls matching little dress and they wore them the day Winnie came home from the hospital. Kassey is a great mom and very talented.

Winnie was in a warming bed for her first twenty four hours at home because of her jaundice count, but it didn't seem to bother her all that much. She is a calm, sweet angel and with Baysil hitting the two's soon,

she is just what Kassey and Will needed in a new born and we are hoping her sweetness lasts. Isn't she amazing?!!?!?

Love the pictures. Hope you are enjoying your new place. I think Vegas is going to be our home for a long time. Miss you.
